Maintenance of planters

Our planters are designed to be highly durable and resistant to rusting and other forms of degradation, but to keep them in pristine condition it is recommended to occasionally wipe the surfaces of the planter with a damp cloth. This should remove most common blemishes. Please note that, after handling, fingerprints may show on the surfaces – these can also easily be removed with a damp cloth, or avoided by wearing gloves.

Please note that our planters are NOT guaranteed leak proof, and if the planters are due to be used indoors then it can be wise to purchase a planter liner to prevent any excess water leaking out. For outdoor planters, drilled drainage holes can be requested when ordering online at no additional cost. While our planters are durable, please note that excessive weight or other force applied upon them may cause the structure to bend or break.

Delivery

We provide free delivery to the UK mainland, excluding Northern Ireland and parts of the Scottish Highlands. If you live outside these areas you will not be able to order online, however you can still order our products via email at sales@iconplanters.co.uk, and we will be happy to quote you a price for delivery to your location.

As soon as we have received your payment we will send you an e-mail confirming your order. Please keep this in your records.

We expect that most orders will be delivered to the address given within 10 working days of receipt of payment, although very occasionally orders may take longer - if this is the case we will inform you of the expected delivery date and keep you up-to-date on its progress. We will notify you by e-mail of expected delivery date at least 48 hours prior to dispatch. It is important that you are available to sign for receipt of delivery. If you are out it is your responsibility to arrange collection with the carrier service. Please note that delivery time cannot be guaranteed, but in the highly unlikely event of any delay to your order we will send you an e-mail confirming the new time frame.

PLEASE NOTE

Please make sure that you check your delivery BEFORE you sign for it as being received in good condition.

If the package is damaged in anyway, no matter how small, please sign for it stating DAMAGED. We CANNOT CLAIM from our carriers for any damaged items that have not been signed for as DAMAGED.

If you sign for a delivery which you find at a later date is damaged, our carriers WILL NOT accept liability and you may be charged for the damaged items if we cannot claim from the carriers. By completing your order you agree to abide by these instructions to check your delivery and sign for it accordingly as either received in Good Condition or DAMAGED. If you have signed for your goods as DAMAGED you must notify us in writing within 7 days of the original delivery date. You may contact us via recored delivery post or e-mail at sales@iconplanters.co.uk. Once we have been notified of the damaged goods, you will be given a specific reference number within 48 hours together with instructions as to how to return the goods. If you do not receive this reference number please contact us straight away to confirm that we have received your notification of the damaged goods

Returns Policy

We are confident that you will be delighted with our products when they reach you, but in the unlikely event of any of our products not being to your satisfaction, we are happy to replace or refund any product within 7 days of delivery. If you wish to return your purchase, please e-mail us at sales@iconplanters.co.uk or write to us via recorded delivery post at the address below within 7 days of receipt of your goods. Once we have received your notification, you will be given a specific reference number within 1 working day together with instructions as to how to return the goods. If you do not receive this reference number please contact us straight away to confirm that we have received your notification

Please note that we cannot accept returns for damaged goods if they were not signed for as damaged upon delivery.

When returning your product, it is important that you enclose the paperwork that it arrives with to allow us to identify the items and buyer more easily. It is essential that you contact us before sending via phone or e-mail – please see our contacts page for the relevant contact details.

Please note that if products are returned to us in what we would deem to be an acceptable condition then we will not grant a refund.
